Caravan Accommodation Details…

The Caravan is a luxury Cosalt Capri, 3 bedroom 8 berth Mobile Home and You will find it very spacious as it is 12 foot wide and 37 foot long.

It is situated up on Woodlands terrace overlooking Littlesea Holiday Park, Fleet Nature Reserve and Lagoon with a Parking space provided below. The benefit to you is that you get the magnificent view and because of it’s situation it tends to be more peaceful and quiet especially at night.

As the mobile home is fully central heated throughout and double glazed you can be really warm and cosy whatever the weather even early or late in the season.

There is a large master bedroom and two twin rooms (no bunk beds) and there is plenty of storage for all your clothes and suitcases. There is also a double pull out bed in the lounge so if you wish to bring the grandparents along there is plenty of room for up to a maximum of 8 people.

There is a shower room and a separate WC, which makes life easier when you are getting up in the morning or getting ready for bed.

We provide you with Duvets, pillows duvet covers and pillow cases which means you only need to provide your own sheets, towels, tea-towels, etc. so there is less packing for you do and less to put in your car.

We have a fully equipped fitted kitchen with plenty of cupboard space if you want to self cater and a large gas cooker and fridge. If you prefer to eat out and just cook occasionally we also have a microwave and electric toaster and electric kettle.

The Dining area is by the French patio doors where the light streams in on the extending dining table and chairs. This allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort in light and pleasant surroundings.

Or if you prefer to eat outdoors we provide you with garden table and chairs on the grassy area next to the caravan for your enjoyment.

We have a very comfortable lounge area where you can sit in comfort and watch the colour TV with Freeview box or a DVD or play games with the children. Maybe you just want to sit down with a coffee and relax in the light, spacious surroundings whilst you read one of the many books we provide for your enjoyment.

There is also an electric fire in the room (although with central heating you won’t need it) it is a nice feature making you feel very at home along with the cushions and ornaments that we provide to make your stay that little bit more personal.

As mentioned earlier we provide some games, puzzles and books plus DVD’s for your enjoyment and for your children to enjoy. We find this makes holidaying easier, if the children are happy then you can enjoy a quiet moment or two for yourself to plan your days events or relax.

We have a No Smoking policy and we do not allow pets.

We hope this does not offend anyone, although we usually find that for our customers who are looking for smoke free, pet free accommodation it is perfect.
