Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason then the following cancellation policy applies:-

1.  Holiday Deposit paid at time of Booking

The £60.00 Holiday Deposit is non refundable on all bookings.

2.  Full Balance Payment

a)      If you have paid the full balance and holiday rental damage deposit fee (extra £60.00) and you have to cancel between the time of booking and/or up to 8 weeks before the start of your holiday date then you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost (minus the holiday deposit booking fee of £60.00 as stated above) and you will also receive the return of the holiday rental damage deposit fee of the extra £60.00 that you paid.

b)      If you have paid the full balance and holiday rental damage deposit fee (extra £60.00) and you have to cancel between the time of booking and/or up to 4 weeks before the start of your holiday date then you will receive a 20% refund of the total cost (minus the holiday deposit booking fee of £60.00 as stated above) and you will also receive the return of the holiday rental damage deposit fee of the extra £60.00 that you paid.

c)      If you have paid the full balance and holiday rental damage deposit fee (extra £60.00) and you have to cancel anything from 4 weeks right up to the date of the start of your holiday then you will forfeit 100% of the total cost of your holiday. You will however be entitled to a refund of the holiday rental damage deposit fee of £60.00 only.

If you cancel or the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit (including any booking fee) cannot be refunded.

If the balance payment is not received at least two weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be automatically cancelled.  –  The exception to this is if the booking is a last minute booking that is taken less than 2 weeks prior to start date in which case as long as payment has cleared prior to the start date then the booking will continue as normal  –

If you or any of your party break any of the holiday park rules whilst staying in our caravan at Littlesea, Weymouth and are asked to leave the holiday park by the staff at Littlesea then this will mean an instant cancellation of your holiday with us.

Holiday Insurance

Because we have a holiday rental cancellation policy in force we highly recommend that you take out UK holiday insurance at the time of booking specifically against cancellation of your holiday in case for any reason you should need to cancel.
